Prayer is simply talking to God. To be spiritually fit, talking to and listening to God is essential. Get alone with God and talk to Him. Here are some great prayer opportunities and resources.

God fills us up to pour out to others. Like any health plan, eating right is a great start, but you need to exercise. The same is true with our spiritual health. We can “eat” God’s word and be filled by Him and others and still be missing a vital part. We have to “exercise” by serving others.
